44. Conversations are Markets

How can you access your market on the internet? Conversations are markets. That’s how. Find the conversation about your field and then participate in it. It’s simple but powerful. Your participation in the conversation exposes other people to your expertise and your opinions. That builds awareness. Awareness leads to interest and interest leads to demand. But it starts with awareness. If nobody knows you exist, that’s where it ends. By identifying relevant conversations and participating in them, you are accessing your market and building trust with your audience.
